DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING
Using the most advanced techniques, Best Casting is able to realize your ideas, using a team of specialized professionals who design technical drawing in 3D and develop the initial phase of the realization of your projects.
Thanks to 3D printing, we are able to reproduce any kind of prototype quickly and accurately and with the highest quality
Upon approval of the design, the first prototype is continued to be made using the traditional lost-wax investment casting technique.
Wax production
MOLD WAX PRODUCTION IN RUBBER AND MELTABLE PLASTICS IN METAL MOLDS
The Best Casting team employs a structure of collaborators who, starting with gum cutting, make effective production of high-quality waxes by initially solving what may be difficulties in extracting the wax itself, minimizing any subsequent processing problems.
We supply steel molds for injection of meltable plastics for the production of high-production technical articles.
Best casting pays the utmost attention to the reproduction of waxes, the quality of the surface , the elimination of depressions, the lack of rubber marks , thanks to a cut made with the utmost care and quality control of each piece, allows us to obtain a high level of quality rendered then in casting.
Best Casting is also equipped par wax stone embedding, which saves the customer costs and processing time.
Best casting is equipped with the latest innovation of machinery for making wax , which allows to obtain daily quantities of a certain importance , at the same time of excellent quality.
Lost-wax investment casting
Fundamental to Best Casting is casting, the main source of our business, daily after the no less important preparation of the cylinders, metal casting is accessed, which used to be carried out by skilled craftsmen, while nowadays the same process is used, however, using state-of-the-art machinery that employs state-of-the-art induction process with dual chambers, capable of giving maximum yield even on non-noble metals.
